Long story short - sold something via Grailed.com on Jan 16, 2018 - shipped with tracking information. Customer receives it, marks it as received yet the payment hold is set for February 6, 2018. Fast forward to now. The payment is still on hold despite it being February 6th everywhere in the entire planet.
