Hello community I have a couple questions but I'll start with the backstory so we can all be caught up:
On Sunday, April 24th 2017 I sold a game source to somebody for 61.80, I explained to them that it is an earlier version of the source(I did not say how early). This source is a variation of another game called Majins & Mystic, to cut a long story short the buyer claimed I sold him something completely different and filed a dispute and I have a negative paypal account now. My questions are, how likely am I to win this case? I have heard that the statistic isn't so good when it comes to cases dealing with intangible items. Can they charge my debit card if loose? Will they refund the money after the 30 days if the case is not escelated?
