Money sent to wrong email address

Hi I posted a dozen or so items a week ago on Ebay and unfortunately the wrong email address was in the 'Pay By Paypal box'.  A number of buyers have paid to that email address (it is another email address of mine).  How do I transfer the monies into my Paypal account?

add it and confirm it on your PayPal account, once that is done the payments will be credited to your PayPal balance in about 10 minutes.

then you just need to confirm it

4. Select the email address you want to confirm, click ‘Confirm’ and we will send you an email.

Hey there chrismith,

I have moved your post here as it's a similar situation.

If you have access to the email address the payment was sent to add it on and confirm it to your PayPal account.

If you don't have access to it, ask your buyer to cancel it and re-send it to the correct email address.

So i sold something to a friend for $4 but its not come through, he sent me a screenshot to prove that it has been sent, but still it hasnt gone into my account

Please read above.

As it was a friend, ask them the email address they sent payment too and make sure that that is the confirmed email address on your PayPal account.
