I sold something and now he wants to refound

So I sold something (a digital good), and the next day he wants to refound it and says "he didn't recieve the item". I have proof of our conversations that he got the item and also used it. He also approved that it just works fine. What can I do? There is only an option that I can post a tracking ID.

You may well have to refund but wait until paypal tells you to.

 

There is no paypal seller protection for digital / virtual items, you can sell them but at your own risk.
