i am verified but cannot withdraw funds bcos of unresolved claim so my account is now negative. the next day i put funds more than the negative balance to cover it but till now not fixed.and i have responded to the case but can't even refund it says my balance is not enough so i cant resolve the unresolve i really dont know what to do.. i can't even withdraw my paypal funds left after paypal deducted the negative balance on my account. please help me my account is very important to me.
