Can anyone advise what I should do, I purchased an item from a seller today. Went online tonight and the item came up as having been removed and I had a message from eBay to say that sellers account may have been hacked and not to repairs to messages etc from him. Now I can't figure out how to report this transaction or request my money back?

File for non receipt of item via the ''resolve a problem'' link lower left of your paypal summary page.
Put in everything that has happened and escalate to a claim.
Advice is voluntary.
