Funds held under review for more than four weeks

Does anybody know how to get Paypal moving on a review?

 

Everytime I phone their customer services, I get the complete run-around.  They've said it is a technical issue and is with their tech team but that I cannot, and they cannot, talk directly with them because they are 'back office'.

 

Their customer service and compliance setup is absolutely woeful.  If this were regulated in the UK like any other financial services company, they'd be hauled over the coals for nonsense like this.

 

Whilst I'd rather avoid it, I'm starting to think that raising an action for payment in the Sheriff Court might be the best option now.
