So basically I've sent a parcel out and the lady hasn't recievd it and ha's now requested a refund. I am happy to refund the person and I'm trying to but for some reason when I do click refund it says please try again later check your PayPal. I have to do it by the 28th. What is the problem what can I do ? Can anybody help?
