Buyer bought a camera off me in October - asked for a refund on xmas day because it 'was a faulty item'. I agreed to offer a refund if she sent the item back, received it yesterday and it's in full working order. What do I have to do? Thanks for any help! 🙂 Also wanted to add I sold I through Depop if that changes anything!
