Hi Everyone,
How long does a customer have to make a chargeback after a sale is completed? My company sells online courses so doesn't qualify for Seller Protection and our site has been seriously hacked since a payment was made. Of course it may not be this person but they are unverified and now we suspect they will take the money back (if it is them - and because the site has been hacked we can't currently access the admin side of the site to see if they have registered).
Thanks in advance

A chargeback is not a paypal dispute its done directly via a persons credit card company if they funded their paypal payment via a credit card.
So most cards allow 6 months but that may vary on a card to card basis.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
