My husband sold a watch through shpock app, the buyer received the watch which was in full working order when it was posted too him, after three days the buyer decided the watch wasn't as stated on ad and PayPal ended up refunding him the purchase price and we were told that despite us saying he damaged the watch our account was suspended and a negative balance was put on my account, two weeks after buyer said item was returned we have had no parcel or notification from post office that we have anything too collect from them, now PayPal are harassing me by phone and this will most likely end up with debt recovery,even though we have done nothing wrong, help!!!
