on 16/05/2017 I logged into my PayPal Account to find all my payments have been put on hold for 21 days I rang paypal the woman I spoke to said she didn't know why because.
- I've been with paypal for about 4 years +
- I've had over 200 transactions in the last 3 months
- Total Income in 2 years £10,500 approx
- I've had my eBay account for 6 years with 350 Positive feedback
- I've got no pending cases
She also said the system will not let here do anything and I'll have to wait 21 days.
I tried expalining I need to buy postage and new stock for my business with the balance as this is how I do it every 7 days as theres not enough for the funds may not be realased for 21 I will have no captial I have no credit card and running low on funds already in my bank account.
Each item I sell is on average £3.25 in cost all parcels or sent Royal Mail Large Letter 1st class no tracking this costs £0.98 otherwise it would be £1.74 + I wouldn't make any profit so theres no proof of delivery. The postage money is coming from my bank account however in the past 3 days I've had to buy £100 worth of postage so my bank account is running low I have another 18 days of this.
Do PayPal think how I'm meant to even pay my bills at the end of the month as I have no income and I'm the company director of sinking ship.
Does any one know why?
