21 Day hold on a new paypal account linked with eBay account with over 10,000 sales.

Hi,

I am currentely a eBay seller and have been since 2010, most of my business revolves around eBay and paypal.

i am currently in a partership with a relative and have now decided to split ways and become sole traders.

My accountant has advised me to create a new paypal account and link it with my eBay account starting April 1st.

My question is: as i have a high feedback score and a very good reputation on eBay is there any way around the 21 day hold on payments for my new paypal account as this will make it extremely difficult to purchase new stock in my busiest months?
