hi its been almost 2 weeks since id tried sending a payment by personal payment using my paypal balance but paypal keep giving me an error message that couldnt send oayments right now.but until now still same and its really making me frustrated . i really need to send as it is urgent. hope u can able to help me regarding my issue. thanks.
