My money is pending. Please help

I used to recieve money and withdraw instantly, but now i couldnt. it says pending and alwyas balance at 0.00. why is it like this? i need my money as i have to ship out some goods to my costomer in 2 days.usually when i withdraw it take 5-7 days for my money to get in my bank account but now i couldnt even withdraw it to my bank account. paypal is so important to me and i cant function well without it. Please help! please remove my pending status so i can work and function well. please call me at 0913624013 (thailand) asap or just plaese do something about this.

hi..i got same problem like u..paypal has sent an email said the buyers just made the payment but still 0.00 at my acc..iam new seller from ebay ..usually how long it would take to clear money to my acc..i dont know because this is my first time selling item at ebay..
