Hello I'm from Portugal and i just have the option to withdrawal money for my bank account. Hi have a neteller account also and a payoneer account. Does anyone know if it is posible to connect my paypal account to my neteller account or payonner? Both of neteller and payonneer have a prepaid card so we can withdraw in ATM machines. As paypal doesnt have that i want to try another ways to withdraw my money instead of directly bank transfer...
