i logged a dispute over an undelivered item. Pay Pal closed the dispute because they checked the supplied tracker number and found tht it had been delivered.
Unfortunately the tracker was for another item from the same company.
i seem unable to reactivate, or create a new dispute as the radio button for dispute is faded out.
PayPal keep sending me emails that i cannot reply to ( do not reply emails).
How do i reactivate the disput?

You are only allowed x1 dispute per transaction and you can't re-open it.

What part of you can't re-set it as it is only 1 dispute per transaction was beyond your intellectual ability?
