I am unable to change the customer service email address on my business information page. I keep getting this message in red.
We're sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please check your entries and try again.
I've emailed paypal but all I get is an automated email in return with loads of unrelevant unhelpful information and a phone number to call if I still have a problem. The trouble is I have disabilities which prevent me from using the phone hence my 'online' business. Does any one know what I can do to make the email address change stick. Thanks
