I had setup a new direct debit but something went wrong as I was given bad advise from a paypal adviser so I set up a new one. This was on Sunday. I made a purchase of £25 but paypal still havent taken it from my bank account. Paypal have also limited my account so I cant make any other purchases via IBT and can only use my back up source.
Why would paypal not take this payment yet and limit my account?
