I can tell its a fake / spoof email from the first 2 words

Paypal never send you emails to Dear Member or Dear Customer etc, they use your full name eg Dear John Smith.

Paypal never tell you to click a link in an email to cancel a transaction that is all done in your paypal account.

They have put a link to try and get you to enter sensitive log in or financial data so they can scam you..........DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK, JUST DELETE.
