Hi all, has anybody had problems connecting the PayPal here app on the iPhone 8 to the card reader? My reader connects to the phone but the app won’t connect to the reader it just stays on “connecting“

Yes I have. I’ve had to go back to using my iPad which is weird considering they’re both running on the same iOS

Yes but mines iPhone 6.. says connected on phone but doesn’t have connection symbol on reader. Says open app and isn’t properly connected, still says connected on phone Bluetooth. Sometimes then says connecting for ages on app.. tried everything to get working other than a full phone reset. Reset everything else and also have two different cards readers with same issue..
