Hi Just gone on my acc and it is saying that a payment went out to, the thing is i have not been on for five days ( how has this happend ) help ?

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

If you suspect that someone has made an unauthorised payment using your PayPal account, here's how to report it:

1. Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
2. Near the bottom of the page, under 'More about your account', click Resolve a problem with a purchase.
3. Click Dispute a Transaction.
4. Select 'Unauthorised transaction: I did not authorise a recent transaction.' and click Continue.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Here's how to report it if you can't log in to your PayPal account:

1. Go to www.paypal.com/uk.
2. Click Security near the bottom of the page.
3. At the bottom of the page, select 'Report someone has accessed your account'.
4. Under 'Unable to log in?', click Continue.
5. Read the information and click Continue at the bottom of the page.
6. Complete the report and click Preview.
7. Check the box to accept the claim is accurate and click Submit.

We may also ask you to enter some account information to confirm that you own the account. If so, enter the information and click Continue.
