this has reallt been bugging me now for some reason i cant make any payments on paypal.. when ever i try i get a message saying "We're sorry. We can't complete your purchase at this time. Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."
can anyone help me out pleasee??
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
