hi i'm new to paypal and this is my second time making an account as i closed the first one (that i made literally a few weeks ago) due to it not letting me add my bank account and getting the same error message each time. because of that i made my new account (the one i'm on now) and it's still showing me the same error message when i try to add my bank account? i'm trying to do it on my phone and my bank account is a current account and not a savings account so i don't understand why i can't add it to paypal? please help i don't know what i'm doing
