business account

My account has been setup as business, i do not run a business with paypal, i use it to mainly but personal items and sell the occasional unwanted items, who would have set this as business.

When you set up your paypal account then you have to select personal OR business, you must have selected business by mistake.

You can have it downgraded but have to give customer services a call and they will do it for you as there is no automatic option.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top. Log in and get the code.
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent OR just say the word 'Agent'".
In the UK its free from any landline phone.
