Why are PayPal going to my bank for a payment of £66.00 when I haven't order any thing via them

Right I've been inform by my bank that Pay-Pal has made a request of £66.00 from my bank to paid someone, yet I haven't order any thing. only making equires. so either refund or be done for theft

Apologies for the delay. Have you spoke with us by phone? If not, here's the best number to call 0800 358 7911. Also, did you make any payments around that time for a value that is more than £66? If so, this could have been part of a larger payment. If you have a PayPal balance for example and you make a payment the remainder is charged to your bank. You can check by clicking on 'details' next to any payments made in the week before this date.
