I am a senior with scheduled deposits made to a debit card. I want to make a purchase with zero balance on paypal, and the card is linked to my Paypal account. Will Paypal honor the payment even if it is more than 14 days before a deposit is made?
With a zero balance on the PayPal account, the transaction would be funded solely by the card. If there's not enough funds on the card to cover the cost of the transaction, it'll fail. What PayPal do first with a card payment is check to see if there are enough funds to cover it.
