I am trying to receive money from a peer as payment for a service but am unable to receive it. When they attempt to send money to my paypal this message appears:
"We can’t send your payment right now. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service."
I have tried requesting the money from them using their email, linking them my paypal.me link and them using my email to send the money. Any help will be appreciated.
