My account was restricted so I couldn't transfer funds to a friend it's been way over 24 hour since then an it still won't let me ...ive had nothing but trouble with PayPal and all I want is my funds so I can shut account down
If your account has been ? limited then you would not be able to transfer funds or close the account until you have resolved any issues in the resolution centre.
