This recipient accepts PayPal payments

Which says : This recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website. To complete this payment, please go to their website and follow their instructions, or email the recipient for instructions".

I have read that I need to  do this "/t5/Receiving-money-Archive/Cannot-recive-money-from-buyer-got-through-website-messege/td-p/152992"

But can't find "my selling tools, block payments etc"

How Can I do this?

It sounds like your account might not be set up for receiving money, or you are currently living in a region where it's not possible to use our services to receive money. If you are living in a region where PayPal supports receiving payments, you may need to contact Customer Support directly for assistance.

You can find our contact details by clicking the 'Contact' option at the bottom of any page when logged in.
