I purchased an item on ebay through PayPal. However the item was not as described and the seller agreed to issue me a partial refund. However, according to the seller, my PayPal account is rejecting the refund. What setting do I need to change in my PayPal Standard account to accept the refund money.
If he clicks refund then the refund will go back to either the card you used to pay for the item with OR if you used instant bank transfer then it will be credited to your paypal account balance.
If the seller does not refund then file for item received but not as described via paypal.
