Hi, Paypal are currently investigating a claim on my behalf and need more information from me. On the resolution centre, when I click on 'Respond' it takes me to a page that tella me to respond by 20th October but does not give me any options as to how to respond. After searching through the support answers it says that they should give me options as to how to respond but they don't. I am using a Samsung S7 if that has anything to do with it. Thanks for your help. James
