Bought a unit and paid with PayPal . Had a fault with unit and it was returned and money refunded to PayPal . We were charged for the refund by PayPal. Is this right as charged £13 for this refund. Thanks

I expect the seller used the send money > goods option for thr refund instead of using the refund option so paypal saw it as a payment for goods and you as a seller and so you were charged a fee.
Suggest you contact the seller to sort this out as doubt it has anything to do with a credit card.
