I have just received a refund for a faulty item from e bay. When will the funds be available? ?

are they showing in your paypal balance?

are they on temp hold?

are they pending?

how did you fund the payment to the seller that was refunded? Bank transfer or a card?

Is it showing as completed.

you have to give some info, we can't just guess.

Hi , it is not showing in my wallet but shows as completed? ? I paid through PayPal,  attached to my bank account and debit card . I have had so much trouble with this seller

Sorry late reply, logged off and went swimming.

If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account takes up to a week to process through (paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine).
