I have been sent a refund which shows as completed but no money shows on my card or bank or even PayPal balance wallet? The transaction was completed on the 18th and it is now the 29th?

Hi Timbop,

Welcome the community and thanks for posting.

Since it has bee quite a while it sounds like you may have been refunded using an e-cheque. When that method is used we wait for the refund to clear from the bank involved before it is added to PayPal balance or sent to your card. If you did make the payment with a card the cleared money will be sent there which takes an additional 2 - 3 working days.

Whatever the method you should be seeing your money by now.  If you are not I recommend getting in touch so we can check on it for you. You will find our details by clicking 'Help & Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page.
