Refund not showing on bank statement

I have recieved a refund on feb 22nd for £30 , it is showing as complete on my paypal account but not reflected in my bank balance. is this common? should i expect a delay? ive spoken to the bank and they have said there are no future payments pending .

please help

How did you fund it from your bank in the first place? Bank transfer OR debit card?
