Hi I recieved a refund from a seller it is showing in my paypal activity but hasnt gone in to my bank account. When i click wothdraw it says no funds available. Ive checked my bank an nothing has gone in i had wrong card details on my account as i lost my card could this be why but my bank account detials are.on. i have made two purchases an doubled checked an they have been taken from my bank account . Not the amount refunded . Is there a problem or is it just because of my card Thank you
Did you fund the payment that was refunded from your bank account via bank transfer OR a debit card?
If it was a debit card then refunds won't go to your paypal balance, they will automatically go back to your debit card but take about a week to complete.
