Prepaid Master

My apologises for such an amateure question!!! I am new to paypal and wanted to order a pre-paid master card but now as i am in uk as an international student from bangladesh, I really do not know how to order this card can some ome please guide me through this. Thanks in advance

Currently the PayPal Access Card is only available by invitation which selected customers will receive by email.
