Hi Adam26, 

I am sorry to hear that this has happened to your PayPal account. As PayPal moderators here we do not have access to your PayPal account however we are happy to answer your questions in general. Generally when we make such a decision it would be that there has been a breach of our terms and conditions. It can also be that what you were using your account for was posing a risk to us. Did you receive an email when the limitation was placed? An email is normally sent explaining why we have placed the limitation. I would recommend to check your emails as this may help.
