Pending notifications

I can't transfer money from my PayPal account to my bank about. It is saying pending, has anyone got any suggestions?

Why not wait for it to finish pending? 2-24 hours normally in the UK.

One has been pending for nearly 3 weeks, is it possible for money to be withdrawn?

Ah, ok I thought you meant it was pending AFTER you withdrew the funds.

If its pending in your paypal balance then was it an Ebay or private paypal sale?
