I have a dispute with a fraudulent buyer who sent a defect item and it was not as described. The item bought was a hair straightener. Check the reviews below.
I had sent them all photographic evidence. Item resent as per the address indicated on the label.
The fraudulent buyer claim not to have received it. PayPal closed the dispute without checking all evidence and without reading their emails.
I have posted as well all of that within the dispute centre; however, I couldn't attach the photos; hence, sent then 5 emails. No reply of course
Finally, I get a reply after I had filed a complaint asking me to appeal..Guess what smartbrains didn't activate the appeal button.
Here's the seller's reviews https://www.complaintsboard.com/maisie-maven-b127439
Seriously, dealing with paypal is like trying to extract your own teeth. Everything is painful and out of logic. Not sure how they train their staff and whether there are staff with a single brain cell.

Could not agree more. Useless.
'Advisor' lacks basic English knowledge.
Starts sentences with lower case letters and uses i when I is required. One of the snowflake generation who think lol is trendy ?

I used to be very polite but after 9 emails (all with incorrect subject ...) and scripted replies from them plus invitations to phone the USA - I've had just about enough and cannot wait to get rid of Paypal.
In the UK the FSA would have taken action but Paypal's move to Luxembourg makes things trickier ...
