I've recently made a paypal credit account, and bought a new gaming laptop.
I was going to make a payment plan, and clicked "make payment", and it said that I needed to link my bank account.
I tried a bbcn bank checking account (which I had to select "I have a different bank").
But regardless of when and how many times I try It keeps saying
"Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later."
Trying in a different computer or a different browser didn't work, and I was just wondering what I should do to further continue the payment.
Is it maybe because I already have this checking account for my default paypal payment method?
If so how can I change it?
