Paypal Credit. Can I withdraw money to my account?

I recently have applied for and got Paypal Credit. I want to take this money and place it into my bank account, can I do this?

I would also like to use this money to pay people but I'm afraid the money would come out of my bank account, rather than Paypal Credit, can you show me how to do this?
