Payment

Buyer stated they have made a payment but that I need to accept it but I can't find it in my account, should it be with the normal statement of payments?

If its showing as unclaimed then its an email problem.

Was it Ebay or off-Ebay?

If its the latter double check the email they sent the payment to and make sure there were no typos.
