I recently bought something and paid through pay pal, when the funds were taken from my account there were insufficient funds, so I was asked too add money to my paypal account as I was in negative credit. Which I did I paid £29.95 that left my bank account on Monday and then this morning I looked on my banking account and another £29.95 has been taken out for PayPal again today? How do I get my money back as I’ve not paid 2 x £29.95! ? I haven’t used my paypal since and looking at my account there’s no reason why it’s taken it out again. Thanks Emma
