PayPal have railroaded my account in to the wrong type!!!

Trying to set up an account for a UK charity so we can use the PayPal Donate buttons.

However they have set it up as a business account and although it kind-a suggests it is UK, I can't add a UK bank account....

Are they always this messed up?

How do I know if the account is UK based? My browser shows "PayPal, Inc US" despite trying to log in from PayPal UK.

Are we **bleep**?

I've emailed them direct but expect it will turn in to more trouble than it's worth to sort out! lol

Firstly if you click on your profile / settings icon (cog next to log out) you will see 'Nationality' on the left side of the page, also your Paypal account main currency will be listed as sterling.

Secondly you need a business account so you have the right one, read link below.
