PayPal Document Download Problems - corrupted files!

Hi

I just tried to create and download a CSV and a PDF files - both are unreadable.

Please note I do use Open Office for CSV files and never had problems in 10 years - I even managed to open most corrupted files with it.

PDF I open all PDFs, but PayPal is 'corrupted' !

Created and doenloaded twice - still cannot open it.

Any other download from other sites are OK.

PayPal has definitely a problem [among others!]

Any ideas?

As you can see from image, ALL files are 0 bytes!
