Has anyone had any success in getting any answers from Pay Pal, i still dont be able to get ny where on Pay Pal website, no joy at my bank as Pay pal withdrew the money by Direct debit, which i did not know. confused.com or should it be goingaroundincircles.com. come on Pay Pal gives us some info, where is our buyer protection?
I've tried raising a dispute and it says I have but there's nothing showing in the resolution centre. I paid for 2 bookings with my Paypal balance so I don't think I've any chance of a refund.
Same problem here.The Paypal system just takes me round in a big loop telling me on one hand to check the status of my complaint and then immediately saying I don't not have any resolution outstanding.
