Hello community,
i am new here, and i am trying to use the latest API system to check the state of some transactions through http request from a mob application that i am making. I've read almost the whole API reference and the one which perfectly fits my needs is the "PayPal Sync API". However reading the description of this API says that i need to partner with paypal to use it or something like that and the API returns me "No permission for the requested operation".
Guess what? Paypal's website refers nothing, and when you click on the buttons it gives you a dead link.
Anyone who knows what being a partner with paypal means? Or better, if there's any other way to use this API?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
