Hello! I've recently gotten a partial refund because of complications from a purchase. The buyer offered the partial refund of $100 and I accepted it. Then I checked my PayPal to see that the funds are pending and will be available today since PayPal is processing it. So today I check to see if PayPal is done processing it, but it still shows up as pending yet paypl says they are processing it and that it will be available today. Should I keep waiting? Do I need to close my dispute for the refund to actually come through? Please help me! Thank You,
